Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
After your order is placed, it takes UP TO 2 business days to process. You will receive a confirmation once your order is shipped and depending on location shipping times may vary.
Local delivery within Niagara Falls and surrounding areas is available for FREE no minimum.
Local PICK UP is available for FREE with NO minimum. Pick up time and location is confirmed your order is ready.
How to Use our products?
Hand and Soap Bars
Get the soap wet, lather it up in your hands or on your skin, wash, and rinse off. Let it dry between uses for a long lasting bar. Use soap savers or a draining soap dish for best results and your bar will last long!
Lotions Bars
Warm the lotion bar in your hands or glide it directly over your skin. Massage the melted lotion in until it’s absorbed. Store in a cool, dry place. Best use after washing your hands and before bed.
Balms
Scoop a tiny amount of body balm and rub it between your hands to warm it up, and massage onto your skin until fully absorbed. Use as needed for soft, hydrated skin. Store in a cool, dry place. Best use after washing your hands and before bed.
What is the weight of my soap?
Our soaps are handcrafted using natural ingredients, which means each bar is unique in size and weight. While we list an approximate weight on the label, this is always a little less than the true weight to account for natural variations. Rest assured, you're always getting the full value and more with every bar!
Will my soap stain?
Our soaps are made with natural colorants, which may occasionally stain porous surfaces. To prevent this, we recommend using a non-porous soap holder and rinsing the soap off surfaces immediately after use. This simple step helps keep your space clean while enjoying the beauty of natural ingredients!
What about the natural decorations?
Natural decorations like flowers or herbs on cold process soap add a touch of beauty and make each bar unique. They can also enhance the soap’s scent and provide gentle exfoliation. While mostly decorative, they bring a handmade feel to your soap. To avoid clogging drains or staining surfaces, rinse away any loose decorations after use.
