PREMIUM GIFT BAGS ALSO AVAILABLE
Handcrafted soap is curated and cured over time. There is a minimum of 3 months required from the date of order to delivery.
We use all natural ingredients including high quality essential oils; no fragrance oils or synthetic scents are used in the process. As such, scents and aromas are limited.
We use all natural colors to color our soaps; no artificial dyes or colorants are used in the process. As such, color and shades are limited and cannot color match.
Once you are ready an ORDER FORM will be provided. After your order is placed, you will receive an INVOICE confirming order details. Full payment is required for confirmation of your order. Unfortunately, no changes to the order can be made once PAYMENT is received. FINAL TOUCHES including personalized message and labelling will be provided once your order is ready.
Local delivery within Niagara Falls and surrounding areas is available for FREE.
The company operates in full compliance with Canadian cosmetics and personal care regulations Health Canada Cosmetic Regulations under the Food and Drugs Act, with mandatory notification filings, Ingredient labeling & Allergen disclosure requirements by Health Canada.
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate any
issues and make it right.
